PERFORMANCE TESTING

We will test the athletes on a quarterly basis (4 times a year) on the following:

 

1. Strength

2. Power

3. Speed

4. Agility

5. Quickness

6. Endurance

7. Musculoskeletal Balance, Total Body Stability, and Dynamic Movement Efficiency. 

 

The purpose of these tests is to create a blueprint to build stronger and healthier athletes and quantitatively gauge their progress throughout their time at PDA.  A primary focus will be pinpointing the propensity for ACL injury and creating a customized plan for ACL injury prevention for each athlete.

 

These tests will utilize the latest and most cutting edge technology to ensure objective results and will feature the Sparta Science System.  

 

Each athlete will be given personal feedback and personal plans based on the data collected on how to strengthen weak points and how to continue to improve upon strengths.
